Be Courteous To Your Fellow Passengers

  • Let other passengers off the streetcar before boarding.
  • Reserve fold-down seating for the elderly or persons with disabilities.
  • Do not block the doorways or emergency exits.
  • Limit personal items. Do not bring shopiping carts on board.
  • Do not hang from handrails or straps and do not place your feet on the seats.
  • Use appropriate language and content in conversations.
  • Do not obstruct, hinder or interfere with streetcar operators or other passengers.

KEEP THE QLINE MOVING SAFELY

  • Stay inside the white traffic lines when parking.
  • Do not park or idle on the streetcar tracks.
  • Leave extra space when parking near corners and driveways.
  • Double check your parking before walking away.
  • Obey all posted signs and traffic laws along the streetcar route.
Parking Safety Park & Ride

Improper parking can delay QLINE service by an average of 27 minutes and it could result in your vehicle being towed.

BIKES, SCOOTERS & STROLLERS

Bikes, strollers and personal scooters are allowed on the qline, space permitting, and must be stored in the center section of the streetcar. Bikes should be stored upright on a hanging rack.

Micromobility rideshare options, such as Mogo, Lime, Bird, Spin, and others are not permitted on the QLINE. Streetcar stations should not be used for bike storage.

Cross the tracks at a 90-degree angle when riding a bike or scooter.

Cost to Ride

Use the hanging hooks to hold your bike when riding the streetcar.

Routes

Look both ways before crossing. Don’t cross in front of a moving streetcar.
